November 1

Woops, it’s been awhile.  I’m working away on making stuff for the craft fair that I’m taking part in, in December.  So much to do and so little time.  I’ve also got a thesis proposal to write.  That’s due on December 1st.  Obviously, with all this on my plate, the logical thing to be doing right now is updating my blog!

Here’s a few of the things I’ve made for the craft fair.

1. Shoulder bag
2. Fold-over clutch (pattern by Keyka Lou)
3. Inset zipper pouch (pattern by Keyka Lou)
4. Small embroidered coin pouch
5. Another shoulder bag

Also, I bought a Kindle for myself so I made a little carrying case for it. It’s loosely based off of another Keyka Lou pattern but I redrew the pattern bigger so it would fit, I didn’t box the corners and I used Velcro instead of a magnetic snap. I actually put the Velcro a bit too high on the pouch body but oh well, it’s just for me so I think I will live.
